Your Data protection is our business. From the moment you call our shredding team to the point of destruction all your correspondence, files and documents are in highly trained hands.

At the point of collection your consignment will be sealed and documented with clearance certification and transfer note, this not only offers you peace of mind that your collection is documented and travelling within our high security transfer network but that it will be complimented with full certification of destruction upon destruction.

Your collection will be loaded into our High security collection vehicles complimented by many security features such as:

  • Deadlocks
  • Vehicle tracking
  • Vehicle to Depot communication devices
  • Security trained operatives
  • Police background checked operatives

All collections are sealed on loading with our unique 'Data-Tagging' system. Upon return to our destruction site your consignment is placed within the industry leading shredding machinery immediately. This process is manned by our own security checked operatives from start to finish. Once completed you are issued with a certificate of destruction for your records.
